Bottom side. The aluminum corners together with the plywood act as the wheel base for the dolly. The aluminum corners are placed with its edges flushed to the plywood. A hole must be drilled through the center of each aluminum corner angle piece and plywood to insert a long bolt to fasten the wheel base to the dolly’s frame.
